The Radisson Harbor View in Duluth, Minnesota, was purchased in 2014 and underwent significant redevelopment. This hotel, with 268 rooms, was acquired for $8.2 million, and an additional $6 million was invested in its renovation, which constituted about 75% of the property's value. The extensive renovation process, which included stripping the building down to its studs and re-plastering, spanned 18 months.​​
